Day Two

  1. Using KPIS to see where the costs are coming from
  2. How do you introduce this topic to people on the floor so that there is an ownership on cost reduction
  3. Base deployment: potential areas for cost reduction or savings for various departments
  4. A look at key volume indicator (KVI)
  5. Fixed & variable items
  6. How to develop and implement cost reduction program
