Program Introduction

This 2 day training program aims to give you some solid principles  and  framework which helps organizations concentrate on continuous improvement and implement change in the workplace.  The key learning outcome of the training is the practice of systematic improvement of processes and procedures with the help of proven KAIZEN methods. This reduces costs, improves productivity and leads to higher internal and external customer satisfaction. It focuses on every employee making a contribution and small changes in their every day work. After attending this training program, participant will be aware of waste in the service area and learn to direct the improvement efforts in wider value creation initiatives.

Kaizen promotes the idea that many small changes deliver long term savings and efficiencies. It is an ongoing program of organization and standardization. Quality circles, automation, suggestion systems, just-in-time delivery, Kanban and 5S are all included within the Kaizen system of running a business.

  3. Tasks of the KAIZEN process manager
  4. Importance success factors for KAIZEN in the office
  5. Evaluation techniques
  6. How to implement value-added activities based on the Kaizen
