Motivation is key to any successful people management role. If you can encourage, persuade or develop your people in such ways as to improve their effectiveness, then the role of manager is seen as successful. Motivation is important to an organization as it puts the human resources of that organization into action, improves the levels of efficiency of employees, leads to the achievement of the organization’s goals, helps build a friendly employee-organization relationship and ultimately leads to the stability of the workforce.
This motivation training program provides skill development in the various methods of staff motivation such as the object-oriented theory, the expectancy theory, goal setting and using individualized motivators.
The participants will learn to apply effective methods of staff motivation and develop plans for more effective team motivation including making allowances for different personality types. In addition the participants will learn to identify specific challenges of workplace motivation & learn how to address them.
