Program Introduction

Strategic planning is about getting your team, department or organization where it needs to go. Starting from knowing where you are and moving to where you want to get to, this training program takes you right through the strategic planning process with helpful tools, techniques and ideas for every stage to enhance your strategic thinking skills. Our two days Strategic Planning skills training program focuses on the essential element of strategic planning. It aims to teach participants how to think strategically every day in their roles as well as part of the business planning process. It helps them to develop strategic insight, define a strategic vision and create new strategic ideas.

The program will allow the participants to interpret data, to appraised evidence and evaluate arguments through recognizing the existence (or non- existence) of logical relationships between propositions. The program will involves problem solving, decision making, and metacognition with rational thinking.
